Commission and/or custom orders: A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission spot. The commission process begins upon receipt of deposit. Deposits on commissions are non-refundable; however, it is my top priority that you be happy with your order! I understand that the commission process can be intimidating for some, but I commit to communicate in detail with you on the front end so that there aren't any surprises in the end! Lead time on commissioned work is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise noted. Framing adds an additional 4-6 weeks. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

For non-custom orders: If you have received your order and are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange the item, please contact me first. Original shipping charge is nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date only. Please make sure that your return shipping method is trackable. I cannot offer any refund or exchange on a return which is damaged or a package that gets lost. Returns received in their original condition will be refunded minus the original shipping costs.

If any items are delivered with damage, please let me know within 5 business days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging, and I will send a replacement or refund asap.

Please read the item descriptions prior to purchasing an item. All work is original unless noted. Every attempt is made to portray colors and textures as closely as possible; however, due to screen resolution and color variances, colors may vary slightly.

I am 100% committed to your satisfaction with your purchase! If you are not satisfied please contact me, and I will do my best to help!

All orders are shipped via USPS, unless noted. Please make sure the correct shipping address is entered before placing your order. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will not be reshipped until we hear back from you. In this case, the buyer is responsible for paying the second postage cost.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped & most orders will have a tracking number.

If you prefer to rush ship your order, please contact me before placing your order.

A package will be considered "lost" after 3 weeks (domestic) of shipment date. At that time, order will be refunded or replaced.

All work is original to Beth Winterburn. Please do not copy, print or attempt to reproduce. All photos are the property of Beth Winterburn. All requests for use of photos included on bethwinterburn.com can be made via the contact page.

All images including work created by Beth Winterburn are subject to Federal Copyright law, which allows artists the right to claim authorship of works of visual art. See Title 17, Chapter 5 of the United States Code, Section 106A. Use of images containing art by Beth Winterburn are released upon the sole discretion of Beth Winterburn. Per section 510(a), all images displaying artwork by Beth Winterburn require attribution, according to rights of authorship.
